Lina Bou is a freelance chef based in Bidart, she is the author of “Good Food Good Mood” in French or “Healthy & Happy Food” in
English. “ I think the most extraordinary thing with being a chef is how you can influence not only the customers’ experience but, farmers and society by choosing what you work with. I believe cooking is one of the most powerful things when it comes to how we can support a sustainable and planet-friendly way of living. I don’t use processed or refined products, only natural ingredients. I love working simple, but surprising with vegetables as a focus and adding wild plants and flowers from the surroundings.
