The Sorginiak

Luis Ricardo Falero

in issue 01:

Mythological Basque is the land of sorcerers.  The Sorginiak celebrate magic-erotic rites, venerating the dark arts.  They feast, they dance, they sing, and consume hallucinogenic plants.  In this way they enter into a trance and are able to approach the gods.  Certain forms of drugs are applied vaginally and rectally during sabbath nights, with magical effects.  The Akelarre were the origins of the myth of witches riding a broom.
